Scenario 1

Renovation and Addition

This plan involves renovating the old linseed oil factory on the site, built in 1915 and structurally sound but requiring a complete refurbishment of all mechanical and electrical systems.

The gym, other fitness rooms, kitchen, offices and change rooms would be located in the old building.

As well, a new building containing the pool would be built immediately west of the existing building. The two would be connected by a large enclosed meeting space and viewing area.
